Back from my 5 days 4 nights KL cum Genting trip.
Day 1:
1.Check in Malaya Hotel
2.Had wanton mee at chinatown
3.Shopping at Times Square
4.Cosmic themepark
5.Dinner
Shopping at Times Square wasn't as fulfilling as I expected. Bought a Patrick plush toy and Dejavu Fiberwig only. However, Alex and I spent most of our shopping time shopping for food. Haha. This is one fattening holiday. We couldn't stop buying food. =)On the other hand, Comsic theme park wasn't too bad. I love their indoor roller coaster. It looks totally cool. However, the excitement level is not quite there though. Still, what do you expect? A malaysian indoor theme park?! This is considered great. Dinner was more of a chomp chomp kind of food. We had bbq chicken wings, kang kong, stingray, butter prawns, oyster egg and deserts. KL oyster egg is kinda different from what we usually eat in SG. The oysters are added on top of the egg instead of mixing together.

Day 2:
1. Porridge at chinatown- yummmy
2. Shopping and movie
3. Supper from chinatown
We were supposed to go Sunway Lagoon but Wenqi and Anselm woke up late. So we went Midvalley Mega mall instead. Its was kinda fun travelling to Midvalley. We took their Lrt and train system. Their Lrt was fine. Some sort like in SG. However, their train sucks. So many people squeezing and rushing to enter the train. The doorway was way too small. It only allows one fat man to squeeze through the door. And the train wasn't as cooling as I expected. I wonder if the aircon broke down or its supposed to be like this. Anyway, Midvalley mega mall is huge. They have a pet store which sells almost everything. They have food, clothes, cages and all sort of pet supplies. They have puppies, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchilla, glider, green lizards, beard dragon and marine fishes. Shopping was much better at midvalley but kinda too many varieties. I bought a pair of mango jeans and lots of food. You will never worry about food when travelling with Alex. He never stop buying good food. Then, we watched 'dead silence' some horror film by the director or scriptwriter of saw. I think its a so-so movie. Its about a spirit controlling her puppets. She cuts off your tongue when you scream. 'When you see Mary Shaw, beware not to scream.' Anyway, supper was great. We da bao-ed hokkien mee and the lao shu fen. Their hokkien mee is totally different. Its black in color and super yummy. =)

Day 3:
1. Sunway Lagoon
2. Getting to Genting
Day 3 is my favourite day. I love water themepark. Its just so fun. Too bad. Its raining. We didn't get to sit most of the dry rides. But still, Sunway Lagoon is fun. I want to go again!!! But next time, we shall not miss out the 360 pirate ship. Didn't take any pics )= Phones are in the locker. Yup.
Day 4:
1. Breakfast-Pizza hut
2. Ripley's Believe it or not
3. Genting Themepark
4. Dinner- Kenny Roger
5. Harry Potter-Order of the Phoenix
We had a typical pizza meal for 2 except that Alex is kinda the chef?! He made Bak kuah Pizza. Need a pro bak kuah pizza chef? Call Alex at 9*******.=)
The Ripley's Believe it or not museum is more then an ordinary museum. Its a musuem that will leave you with all the 'uhh's, 'wow's, 'ekk's and 'haha's. However, themepark was so-so. Maybe its because this is the 2nd visit to Genting themepark in 2 months. Surprisingly, the mini roller coaster aka cyclone was fun. Alex's stupid suggestion of not holding anything throughout the entire ride raised the excitement level of the ride. You ppl should try it out. =) However, the second time we took cyclone, excitement level wasn't quite there already but fun factor was 100%. Look at the pic of our ride. haha.

Day 5:
1. Snow world
2. Genting Temple
3. Alex's Auntie house
4. Back
The temple is huge, defintely the biggest I have seen, at least for what I can remember. They showcased 10 levels of hell, different ways of torturing the spirits who did bad things. The different ways of torturing/killing the spirits in hell are quite grusome and scary. Don't quite dare to take pics. Anyway, Alex's auntie house is kinda a pit stop for dinner, durians and lotsa mangosteens. Yup. =)
